1. Who sells to you
ZOXERO is the seller of record for products available in the current store. Your purchase is from ZOXERO, not from a visible third-party seller. Marketplace capabilities may exist in the software but are disabled unless ZOXERO clearly announces and activates them.
The ZOXERO operator's legal identity and business details are disclosed on the payment receipt and payment-provider statement.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to purchase. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must authorize the purchase.
- Provide accurate account information, protect your password and verification codes, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized use.
- One person may not use multiple accounts to evade limits, restrictions, fraud reviews or Creator Program rules.
- ZOXERO may restrict purchasing, creator functions or future marketplace functions while still allowing sign-in and support access when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention or policy enforcement.
3. Products and publisher rights
ZOXERO currently offers approved digital game top-ups. Product names, currencies, platforms, regions, pack amounts, delivery estimates and prices are displayed on the relevant product page and payment review screen.
- Game names, trademarks and in-game assets belong to their respective owners.
- ZOXERO is not affiliated with or endorsed by a game publisher unless the page expressly says so and that statement is accurate.
- You must use purchased products in compliance with the game's and platform's terms.
- ZOXERO does not sell accounts, game keys or gift cards while those categories are disabled.
4. Prices, fees and taxes
Checkout shows the product price, any valid Creator discount, payment-processing charge, applicable tax and final total before you authorize payment. Display currency conversion can be an estimate; the checkout currency and charged total control. Your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion or international transaction fees.
5. Payment and order acceptance
Payments are processed server-side through the payment provider shown at checkout. ZOXERO does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. An authorization or payment confirmation does not require ZOXERO to fulfil an order that is illegal, mispriced, unavailable, duplicated or flagged for security review. In that case ZOXERO may cancel and reverse or refund the charge.
6. Delivery information and order chat
ZOXERO does not request game-delivery details before payment unless a product page clearly requires them. After purchase, send only the player ID, server, region or platform details requested in the private order chat. You are responsible for checking those details before ZOXERO starts fulfilment.
Never send passwords, payment-card details, verification codes or unrelated identity documents in order chat.
7. Fulfilment, corrections and refunds
Delivery begins when ZOXERO accepts the required order details and starts processing. The delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline unless ZOXERO expressly labels it a guarantee. Cancellation, corrections and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Misleading ZOXERO staff, submitting fabricated evidence or attempting to receive the same fulfilment or refund twice.
- Automated abuse, scraping that harms the service, interference with security, or attempts to access another person's account or order.
- Buying for resale or an undisclosed third party where prohibited by a game, platform, payment provider or applicable law.
9. Creator codes
A Creator code can provide a buyer discount and attribute an eligible order to an approved creator. Creators are independent promoters, not ZOXERO sellers, employees or agents. They cannot change ZOXERO's prices, delivery promises or policies. Creator earnings can be reversed when an order is refunded, cancelled, disputed or fraudulent.
10. Service changes
ZOXERO may correct product information, change or withdraw inventory, update security controls, or suspend features. Material changes to these Terms apply prospectively after publication unless an immediate change is required by law, security or a payment/provider obligation.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ZOXERO is not responsible for indirect losses, game downtime, publisher actions, issuer fees or problems caused by incorrect customer-provided delivery details. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Contact and disputes
Contact ZOXERO through the order chat for an existing order or open a private support ticket. Please give ZOXERO a reasonable opportunity to investigate. This does not remove any non-waivable right to contact your payment provider or a regulator. The governing operator and jurisdiction are those disclosed in ZOXERO's legal business information and payment records.
