How the program works
- Apply with a real channelChoose a 4–24 character code, add up to six full channel links and describe your gaming audience.
- ZOXERO reviews the applicationThe team checks channel relevance, authenticity, safety and brand fit. Approval is not automatic.
- Share the approved codeA shopper enters the code before payment. Checkout shows the exact discount before the shopper pays.
- Eligible orders are trackedThe dashboard records clicks and attributed orders. Commission stays pending until the order reaches the required completed state.
- Earnings become availableCompleted eligible orders move commission to available balance. Refunds, cancellations, disputes or fraud can reverse the related commission.
- Request a withdrawalThe current minimum request is $20. Supported payout methods shown in the dashboard are PayPal, bank transfer and USDT, subject to review and availability.
Rates and attribution
The default configuration is a 2% buyer discount, 3% creator commission and a 30-day attribution window. ZOXERO can set different rates or attribution windows per creator. The values shown in the creator dashboard and buyer checkout for the relevant transaction always control.
Self-referrals, duplicate attribution, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions and orders outside the valid attribution conditions do not earn commission.
Creator account access
When ZOXERO approves an account as a creator, its main workspace changes to the Creator dashboard for links, orders, commission and withdrawals. Creator accounts are promotional partner accounts and are not seller accounts. They do not list products, receive customer payments or fulfil ZOXERO orders.
Clear advertising disclosure
Creators must clearly disclose their material connection to ZOXERO where people can notice it with the promotion—for example, “ad,” “sponsored,” or an equally clear disclosure appropriate to the platform and local law. A profile-only or hidden disclosure is not enough when the individual post or video promotes ZOXERO.
- Only make claims that are true and can be supported.
- Do not promise guaranteed delivery times, refunds, income or game outcomes beyond ZOXERO's published information.
- Do not impersonate ZOXERO, a game publisher or a payment provider.
- Do not use spam, cookie stuffing, fake clicks, misleading links or trademark-infringing ads.
- Do not advertise ZOXERO to an audience or in a country where the product or promotion is unlawful.
Review, suspension and withdrawals
ZOXERO can request verification, pause attribution, suspend a code, reject a withdrawal or reverse an earning where there is evidence of fraud, policy breach, refund, chargeback, duplicate payment or reporting error. Finalized payout details are protected and only available to authorized admin operations. Tax reporting and lawful payout information remain the creator's responsibility.
