How a guide is created
- Start with a customer questionEvery article needs a clear reader task, such as choosing a pack, matching a server or understanding a delivery delay.
- Check primary informationExternal game facts are checked against publisher support pages, official documentation or other primary sources. Live ZOXERO prices and inventory come only from the store system.
- Write for the decisionThe article must explain what changes the customer’s choice, what should never be shared and what to do next.
- Run quality checksZOXERO checks duplication, search intent, unsupported claims, useful internal links, source coverage and whether the guide can safely be published.
- Review and updateA published guide displays its reviewer and update date. Material product or compatibility changes trigger a new review.
How automation is used
Automation and AI may assist with research organization, drafting and quality scoring. They do not replace the publication rules above. Low-confidence, repetitive, unverified or weak articles stay out of the public site or are archived.
Prices and product claims
An article may explain how to compare value, but it does not override the live store. The product page and checkout review are the source of truth for current stock, currency, discounts, fees and the final amount charged.
Corrections and independence
Corrections
If a guide is inaccurate or outdated, ZOXERO corrects it, updates the review date or removes it until it can be verified.
Commercial relationship
Playbook pages can link to products sold by ZOXERO. That relationship is stated through the ZOXERO identity and does not change the requirement for useful, accurate guidance.
Publisher ownership
ZOXERO is independent from the game publishers unless a page explicitly states otherwise. Game marks remain the property of their owners.
Ask for a correction
Use the ZOXERO contact page and include the article URL, the statement that needs review and a primary source when available. The editorial team will investigate it without requiring account passwords or private payment data.
